@Socram Just you sound negative towards older parents. Honestly do what your heart says. If you don't want to raise children and you arent in good health to then don't if you do then go for it :)
Who knows you may live very long. Children can even lose their young parents, no one lives forever. What matters is that children are loved, cared for and given the best life possible to give them
On my profile there's a story of a 63 year old who adopts all these terminally ill kids to give them a life and love, before they die because he knows that's what matters.
