You will have to find that which makes you happy and maximize it and minimize those things, and sometimes people, that are negative.

Not for me .. I do know there are many different types and experiences that apply. I am much older than you, but I have just kept it at a manageable level with medication for so many years. I am not the same person anymore.

Yes. But if you have depression, please see a counselor. S/he can help get you through it.

Eventually it does , takes a lot of time and hard work and support , medication helps but having support is most important.
