What do you think about Political correctness?

Personally I believe fully in respect. There's a time and a place to say things and times things shouldn't be said. But I find political correctness to be a load of bull that's a false cover for logic and fact. Put simply if it's logical and factually what it is why not say it for that under respectful circumstances of course.
