Does it irritate you when super positive ppl force a huge smile on their face and say nothing can be wrong if you think positive?

Those people don’t understand depression. By over simplifying complex emotions and circumstances they just make you feel even more inadequate.
Smiling won’t fix broken relationships. It won’t bring loved ones back from the dead. It won’t magic money out of thin air and it won’t stop the dark thoughts that tell you you’re worthless.
