When I smoke weed

Same. I end up with major anxiety and contemplating all of my life choices. I can only smoke right before bed to help me sleep.

If I smoke too much I have a panic attack so I do it in small doses gradually increasing how many tokes I have of each spliff..I'm usually ok then. But if it makes you suicidal is best to not smoke it.
