Well, I don't expect you to kiss my feet! But I've always been heavily involved in gymnastics, competitive swimming, long-distance cycling and more recently aerobics. I have never had a body fat-count higher than 4%. As a result, I have always maintained an eating schedule of 6 times a day, which never did include sugar of any kind or gluten. I am not a vegan but everything I eat is organic.
