This guy was following me wasn't he?

So this big truck was driving in the lane next to me matching my speed so we were side by side. I sped up so did they so our windows were side by side. Then they decide to get behind me. They are right on me and then they back way off following me slowly from a distance. Luckily I had a car get between us and I pulled into a grocery store lot to evade them.
