If it’s for a legitimately unavoidable reason, I’m fine with that, because life happens. If it’s because someone just flaked out and changed their mind after you’ve worked other plans around it, that’s an issue.

I’d be hesitant to bend over backwards to accommodate that person the next time. They’d have to work around my schedule next time. @SW-User
