i heard a pop pop pop when i was drying my back after showering...now my neck and shoulder hurt like crazy - i'm officially an old man

@SW-User I had a really bad shoulder/neck strain last year - bloody thing pops up outta nowhere from time to time.

Also pissed off because i slept from 3-6 this morning - non stop tossing and turning.
