Sounds pretty heavy. I don't know your circumstances, but try not to blame yourself. Even if you are somewhat responsible for another persons demise, blaming and feeling guilty about it, won't bring them back.

You can't save anyone but yourself.

Feeling guilty about the actions of others is a waste of time and energy.
