What are some simple ways to be more positive/optimistic every day?

I’m sorry I went into such detail. Some can’t help feeling negative. Their hormones are off balance. That’s where your B Complex and Vit. D-3 play a big part. Especially B-12...must be the sublingual kind, that melt under the tongue. Also, stay busy, start projects that give a great sense of accomplishment, paint, draw, doodle, redecorate a room, build a model airplane, help the sick, poor, or disabled. Take stuff animals to sick children in the hospital, learn to play the guitar, or recommit to practicing that instrument you put in the closet, Cook...try different meals, surprise someone with a written letter, help old folks when at the store, read to a sick person, or if you can sing, do so. People out there are just as lonely as you may be. Strike up a conversation with someone who looks lonely at the restaurant, bring some warm soup to a friend, send a card. feed the squirrels or birds, adopt an animal whose time might be up soon, from a shelter. Read to the elderly. Bless someone in a nursing home with a poem or song. Surprise family with a meal, go skating, call a friend, surprise someone with a turkey or ham. Get groceries for someone. Forgive, and mend fences. Be true to yourself. Always tell yourself the truth, and truth shall set you free. You CAN make this world a better place. Just by being you.
