What is going on in the minds of male transgender models? Do they do it for money or is it a fetish?

I can't speak for them or their experience but I guess if I felt that I'd finally got the physical body which matched the one in my mind's eye, I'd probably be much more likely to want to show it off than someone who has always accepted their body as it is.
