If you owned a gun and somebody broke into your home, would you use it?

The person wouldn't be armed. Just shocked to the fact that somebody was home.

@Dan193 yes. Its not that I'm banned, it's just there is a screening process that there is no way in hell I'd pass. I'm not even eligible to join the military.
