If you owned a gun and somebody broke into your home, would you use it?

The person wouldn't be armed. Just shocked to the fact that somebody was home.

@Dan193 Nah we don't run around with guns over here, which also means you don't need one for 'protection'.
I did scare a guy who broke into the house a few years ago... I just got up and stared him in the face... Bloody cops never found him even with my sketch

@Dan193 the laws of each state are different for home invasion. But yes... why have two sides of the story when you can make sure there is just one.
