Should u pressure someone to be more comfortable with you?

seems like most people i met online want more than i want to give them. Why cant they just be happy with i give them? why is it all or nothing?
I hate people....

I'd love to convince my ex I'm simply a kind loving person who cares towards her. There was nothing I really did that would convey anything else for her. I can say that close enough, when we cried together over the loss of what we had sitting beside a river, but there is no river that flows back.

So now we are lost together, and she has moved on (I hope).
