I don't think it's likely but it doesn't exactly seem impossible either. A lot of people dispute IQ anyways. Intelligence has always been difficult to measure especially in people, as complicated as we are. If one man can't spell his own name but excels at playing the violin, does that make him unintelligent? It's a complex thing to determine.
