Find ways to build up your Worth-of-self, some do this through hobbies, some volunteer their time to help those old folks or abused children. Find your inner grove, can be dance, swim, cycle, drawing. ...it is your job for you to figure out.
The Gold in life is to not rob you of each moment as it is. If you spend time in your head, with mulling thoughts, going over issues, incidences that have occurred, then you will keep you stuck and stagnant. We can use healing meditation music to help calm our over active mind, that mind that is constant at odds with you. Daily meditation is a great way to stop those fearful thoughts you have. With meditation you will soon notice them, change your thoughts before they trap you in. On YouTube are many music meditation to listen to, free......try Relax River or Numeditation. Else the same thinking over and over will plague you. ..
