Do some hospials (In America) secretly put peoole to "Sleep" if they think they are better off?

After hearing some vetinarian stories, it made me wonder if this may have been the case with my grandpa. Made me question all hospitals. For humans and pets

They end some people's life early to harvest their organs. It's quite possible they terminate the elderly to reduce costs.

@Elandra77 While you are safer, they will call your loved ones after you have passed and try and pressure them into allowing it.

@curiosi I know. I have already spoken to them. People have died just for their organs which are worth more to them than another's life.
