Why can't people block and move along and forget about it?

I was blocked, that's fine
I blocked back when I discovered the person I didn't even know didn't like me

But the person decides months later an agenda of hate against me is called for

Trying blocking someone here, and they move to another account, and admit it's them, and how they need to talk to you... You report both accounts and three months later, no actions has taken place and he's still harassing!! Ugh!!! Thankfully I have a friend that told me to set my account for friends only to msg me.

@DefiantHeart I used to get that a lot on EP, I was blocking profiles all over the place, one guy I blocked 22 profiles and he'd still create another saying.. "Hey it's me, why won't you talk to me"

@SW-User Exactly what I get!!! I don't understand why nothing has been done to his regular account either!! He's an every day user, with one face towards the public, and another behind closed doors.
