If you leave meat in the freezer for a while is it still good??

Like I left these ribs in here for like 6 months

yup, cut of the freezer burn off and all will be fine. The freezer burn will cause a bad taste but safe to eat. ,,,, freeze burn is a pale whiteness on the outer edges.

Theoretically, when meat is frozen correctly and maintained at the optimal freezing temperature, it should stay good forever.

Only if their human ribs, if I'm not wrong ur talking about cow ribs and they expire very fast

They should be good if they were wrapped good so air wouldn't cause freezer burn.
If packaged poorly it can dry and get freezer burned, otherwise, no problem.

It's good around 1-6 months (some even more), depending on the meat type and if they are deep frozen. For example, I could freeze pork chops, and they could last up to 6 months.

After 6 months, it wont be rotten or anything, but it might have some freezerburn, which can render it tougher and less tasty :/

They are ok, if they have look and see if they have freezer burn on them, if they do that might effect the taste.
I bought a marinated chicken at Trader Joes and left it in the freezer for 2 months and it was very tasty.
Should be fine, but don't take it from me
