Give me a nice hand made card where you can show your feelings clearly and exactly what you want to say. Hand it to him in person and tell him you'll be waiting nearby to get his response. Let him read it quietly and alone. Then if he accepts your advance, you'll be nearby for him to come over to and engage in conversation. If you win, he'll have a memory he can re-read. If not...he'll likely trash it, or ask for it back if he rejects you so you can trash it.
