Been up since 6am,woke to a problem and cannot shift it from my mind.Its raining outside...

I wish I knew how to overcome the stress.

I wondered why you were out of time and this answers that. The other man gave you a great answer. Let's see what I may add to it, Peter. I would say to count your blessings. You know what they are and I hope I am counted among them. To take your mind away from stress, you must concentrate upon the positives in your life. Playing music is good. It can help your mind lift and take you away. Worrying accomplishes nothing good. Rain eliminates sunshine. Sunshine is so important this time of year and into winter especially. I have white lights that I have bought that I will soon take out and use. Regularly. It does help. I email friends. That helps too. I am always here for you. I know on you and I am happy to listen and to chat. And you may leave me words so I may reply in time. Go for a long walk with Cass. Hail the Crowboys. You know they help make you feel free. Working on solutions to problems is helpful. If you cannot find a solution and you have even thought outside the box so to speak, you must stop stressing. Extreme stress leads to medical conditions including hypertension, stomach ulcers, strokes, heart attacks, and a host of other ailments. I don't want you ill or incapacitated. I hope I helped a bit.
