No, I’d rather have only the informed voting

4meAndyou · F
I think that US Citizens are free, and that should include both the right to vote and the right not to vote. I believe that freedom means the right to choose.

@4meAndyou I agree with 4meandyou.

I'm forced to do enough. I'm no fan of more restrictions. And neither should anyone else be.

Yes.. Same here. :(

Yes it’s our duty. And the media should be shut down and prosecuted for being biased. You want to talk about voter interference the media is what we should be looking at. Free media doesn’t mean thy have a license for interference Instead the media should be required by law to educate the voters about all the candidates without even a hint of being biased so voters can make an educated vote. What’s going on now is a f-ing joke and a disgrace to this great country of OURS! Our founding fathers would turn over in their graves if they could see how their constitution and bill of rights are being pissed on by these nuts WE have empowered. Absolute power corrupts absolutely. The same man that said this also said Great men are almost always bad men. Now what are we going to do about it. Call your Congressman and demand media reform to stop their biased political reporting.

@gregloa This is much too fucking long and redundant. lol most people will not even read something so long.
gregloa · 61-69, M
@SW-User yes and they’ll never call their congressman either will they
No, it's not always laziness to not vote. Some are making that decision intentionally. Their absence is a statement. That's their right.
No bcuz then id be pissed tf off that id have to go make time to vote
SW-User
@silentkillx2 Can't you just do early voting/mail voting?
@SW-User nope
nudistsueaz · 61-69, F
@SW-User We do
VolpeTredici · 31-35, M
No. The idiots would likely choose poorly, and many more would take a few dollars to vote in whatever way you want.
SW-User
That's what we do where I come from. I think it's a good thing. Everyone's voice gets heard, so it's the will of every citizen.
walabby · 61-69, M
We do here in Australia, and it seems to work OK...
SW-User
@walabby So everyone is forced to vote. Forced to pick a side. How do you feel about that?
walabby · 61-69, M
@SW-User You get fined here if you don't present yourself at a polling booth and have your name crossed of the list. You don't actually have to vote. You can put the papers in your pocket and walk out the door, if you want... or vote informal.
