Fireworks have been going off,and there is a pigeon in the communal hallway,been there for around 5 hours,right in the corner..,

I have given him bread,corn and water,but he hasnt touched any.If I leave him there and a fox passes...what should I do?

Having saved many pigeons I will say that she is most likely ill if she does not eat....unless she is trapped inside. Is she outside where she could fly away if able? I would take her to a vet but most people would not.

@Fernie Thank you.He/she is able to fly off,but is in the same spot.When I put the bread down it thought I meant it harm and fluttered about.I have a dog who would happily play fox,so am stuck about what to do.

@pedrohedgerow you're a kind man. Please just keep an eye on her and keep her safe if you can...she might just be terrified and if it gets quiet she could very well fly off...or die where she is. I've seen many pigeons just die of old age where they stand.
