Anyone know how to manage night terrors this is ridiculous now 😣

I've tried everything from counselling to tablets it's a little easier where I meditate every day and night

Have you tried sleeping with the lights on and soft music playing?


And tell yourself this: if I have a nightmare, I will be able to recognize it is not real and wake up. Repeat this over and over before you try to sleep. Believe in it. Make it so. It can work.
