Firstly I'd say , "Calm down everyone" and then, "We are about to have a worldwide election citizens of Earth. It has been proposed that all the Military industrial complexes of the world should be converted to produce energy for free consumption by everyone. No more weapons of destruction should be created.
These weapons are largely bought with the money of taxpayers in different countries. Everyone would benefit greatly if this was done and it would be a far better use of tax payers money.
Would you prefer to have your tax money used for killing or for helping Humanity at large. Keeping in mind that you will no longer have an electricity bill to pay because your tax money has already payed for it instead of creating weapons.
Citizens of the world you have 1 week to decide and then we all vote. In the meantime use the internet to speak to people in other countries and I think you will find that we all want peace and not war. Free energy instead of weapons."
