what i dont get at american movies

some of them make me think that americans act so fake and generic and the masses are brainwashed by the government,but maybe its just me :)

No, it isn´t just you.

Most american films are filled with cliches and ideals of how the "real" americans are.

I prefer indy films who dare to think outside the box and portray life in america as it really is.
