How was your life at age 18?

@SW-User when I was 17 I worked in the hospital where my mom nursed on weekends so I saved my money.
So I was able to pay for my flights and accommodation for the first two weeks in Spain and I worked in bars and cafes till September. It was fab.

Your hard work paid off and you were lucky you didn't have too many bills to pay , if you did you wouldn't have been able to go to Spain . @Dusty101

@SW-User I always worked to pay for my travels. I never got handouts from my mum.
However once she sent me 500 dollars when I lived in New York.. She heard I was struggling with a bill and she paid it for me!
I never asked her!
