I'm a senior in highschool

When I was freshman I had some Fs and Ds and ended up in the back of a squad car.

4 years later I have straights As, am in the U.S Airforce, and will be starting medical school next fall.

I am happy for you. It is good to know things are going well. But...aren't you a little young to be entering med school (your age category is 16-17)? Don't you need to go to college first?
