American English and Queen's English have close to no tell differences in the first place. We were once their colony, after all.
But what about Germans? Japanese? Africans? Russians? You can still hear the accent if they sing in English.
And singing in general, by the way, use a different set of vocal cords. Singing is more different from speaking than you really think. That's why it's used as a therapy for people with a heavy stutter or other speech impediment.
