Will you inherit any money/property when your parents die?

My in-laws have a home now worth $700,000 which will be sold and divvied up between 3 kids. 😲😲 holy crap

Make sure the deed has a transfer on death on file or it goes to probate. Then it goes to shirttail relatives too.

@Tastyfrzz yeah and the siblings barely speak to each other so it may get ugly. Who knows.
