nope, not at all!! i would first of all start up my own business like a coffee shop or 2, and whether they made money or not, i would still keep them open, that way, when i go spend my lottery winnings on stuff, people automatically just think the coffee shops must be doing well, thus avoiding all the begging letters and people asking for loans and stuff like that!!

if of legal age you can keep what you want.. but most lottery ssytems in the US REQUIRE at least one public announcement of the winner.

I know. That sucks but I doubt most people pat that close attention to all of the winners. I think a few grab our attention. I would like to at least not go on television. @Starcrossed
