What is your idea of Heaven ?

There are many literary ideas that describe Heaven. A place people go after death.

it is where people go when they die and also when the world comes to an end. and it isn't boring like people say with naked babies playing harps or whatever. everything good in this world will be there plus 100 times more. it will be absolutely amazing. with nothing evil. no murders, no rape, no starvation, etc.

A lovely vision. I wish it were so. Even more so now, since a great friend of mine died three weeks ago and wish I could talk to her again. Preferably soon while I still live (I do not want to wait). But I am an atheist and have no faith. But my grief has been so horrible I am grasping in the darkness for her. I loved her so much. Tears.

@JoyfulSilence: one day you will know that i am telling the truth. i believe your friend is in heaven, and all her pain and sadness from this world is gone.

That is a lovely thought. But I wish she could talk to all of us still living, who grieve over her loss. I wish we could talk to her.

Yes, one day I will either know, or I will be snuffed out and never know (since if my world view is right after my death I cannot know anything). I wish I did not have to wait until that time, though.

@Picklebobble: She meant a great deal to many. Even on here. She was on this site. But I met her on EP long ago.

@Softlywaking: It would be nice to know. I have been meditating on it. Thoughts and memories fill my brain, so it is hard to tell if it is just thought or something spiritual. I sometimes feel as if I am going mad.
