Why do ( some) you give power to those that say anything u don’t like?

This use to bother me!!! Not anymore! Ignoring ppl like this ( to me) is the greatest solution! Why? It takes away their idea of power over you!!!

I think it is less about their power over people than them triggering existent insecurities that exist in people.

@SW-User I hear u! It took me awhile to figure out that it’s our fault for ALLOWING them to effect us! We control how we respond right?

@Shewolfiie69 We can only control what we understand. Often we do not understand our own triggers. It takes time and introspection.

@SW-User that’s part of the lessons in life! If you truly love yourself...you protect yourself from toxic ppl! Use ur time wisely...
