Carpenters or people who are really good with building, what is a good type of wood to build a house? And can I use reclaimed wood?

Framing is done with pine . My daddy and I worked on several barn raisings and helped neighbors when a tornado damaged their home. Country folk do that kind of thing . Depending on the building code in your area you may need the metal framing brackets too .
