To some degree that is true. But sometimes we can have 19 year olds teaching 18 year olds. Certainly, the connecting juices are prime at this age.
As I agree a teacher should not have relations with a student, but I do not disagree that they are put in an inappropriate situation.
A workplace is a good place to learn the morals and beliefs of a potential mate.
