1, 111,111,111/10,000,000,000 exactly expresses what you gave.

@Tennessee Without the trailing three dots (or the bar over the last one), you CAN write it exactly, as I did, but anyone familiar with this (like @ElwoodBlues) would immediately see it as 1/9.
