Are there really that many people on here who feel depressed or is it just attention seeking?

I have no way of knowing the answer to that so I cannot judge them. Some are quite obvious about needing attention to the point of annoying people but that could very well be because they are lonely and depressed.

Never having suffered from it myself I find it hard to really understand, sure there have been times when I've felt down but usually thats the consequences of my own stupidity
