Do you ever see weird things that you can't explain?

It was like 5am and I was driving home and I swear I saw this weird creature thing dart across the road in front of me. It looked like a shadowy gray super tall, skinny, hunched over alien humanoid thing. Kind of like someone on stilts. It just darted out across the road a distance in front of me. I swore I saw it but I can't really explain it too well.
