don't cops who go undercover break the law to blend in somtimes?
If so do what happens to them?

Cute true story. The cops were out to get a guy on some false charges. They put a case of beer in the back of a pickup and the undercover cop 'stole' the beer and was going to drive away with it. The guy they were trying to snare saw the cop do it and insisted that the cop put the beer back in the truck since it didn't belong to him.
