How do I deal with thoroughly desliking my family and the offense that this is what i got a the begining of my life?I would like to get over it.
I avoid them of course but it's not enough I can't get over the bitterness

I know what you mean. I’m still bitter but you have to keep going on with your life and not make their mistakes your own.
