Only once, an alcoholic wouldn’t quit knocking on my door waking me up asking to borrow money for alcohol.
I told him if he didn’t shut up I would hit him, he said “hit me, hit me, hit me!”, so I did, until my hand was about to break and then squeezed my fist and used the bottom as a hammer.
He lied to the cops and said I stabbed him, and there was enough blood they went with it.
I didn’t get charged though, was only there 3 days.

@PsychoticAndDangerous surely not, he survived and it was his fault to start with.
The same guy had tried to stab me with a knife before and tried to beat me up several times, I usually wound up punching him until he gave up.
