What is something that can never be taken back?

Events.. Words and acts.. Anything that's consumed too like food or anything that's been used like it can't return to being unused

I think everything can be taken back if the receiver is willing to let it go. It's the response that determines the residue and memory. Just my thought based on what I saw in certain events.
