What do you get out of being on SW?

Some days I get a sense of belonging, other days it just makes me feel sad and alone. I’d probably be better off if I came here less than I do tbh.

@summersong I’ve seen parts of this answer replied by two people. I think they maybe true though as far as coming on less. I find it’s best for me to take breaks or really just to try and balance my life better so I won’t get so attached or focused to this place 😅

@Stark yes! I’m always in a better place mentally after a break and I think you’re right that it’s because of minimized attachment.
