Would you confront someone who is obviously creeping on your house?

There is this guy in a black truck who keeps parking across from my house. He just sits there and his drivers side door is always lined up perfectly with my driveway. I've caught him twice in the past couple of weeks just creeping. Usually when he spots me looking he drives off. If I see him again I'm going to confront him about it. Maybe take a knife with me in case he's feeling froggy and wants to jump at me.
