Geeky stuff? Hmm. I guess I have an obsession with reading novels. Like Halo. But I really want to start reading Jurassic Park Novels as my next series. But I mean other than, watching documentaries I guess.

@SW-User I love documentaries. That's kind of my geeky obsession. I just like to know stuff.

@MamaButterfly Same! Some times I teach myself something’s like circuits, physics etc. I completely edcucated myself on WW2 because it sparked my interest greatly and I still know a lot about it. I did Vietnam as well and well it just basically depends on the flavor of the month. 😓😅

@SW-User If you move to WWI (which I always found more interesting because it's just such a weird war) I totally recommend the book the Proud Tower by Barbara Tuchman. Or like, antyhing she's written. Great popular historian.

@CountScrofula Yeah definitely was a weird war! I’ll get more into it eventually! Some gruesome things in that war too. I’ll check it out whenever I have free time! Thanks for the recommendation!

@SW-User I began to study philoshy on my own and I realised how much I enjoyed it. Along with history and science. I learned a lot about WW1 & WW2 over the years.
I didn't take a great interest in those subjects when I was in high school but found an interest in learning more years later.
Now I just try and educate myself and I do that by doing my own research.
There is much more to learn than what the public schools taught back in my day.
