So what do you think about the Govenor of Virginia declaring a state of emergency for a huricane Florence?

That won't even be there till the middle to end of the week.

I think that both of The Carolinas are also under states of emergency as well. It is a bit early, but the state of emergency does allow resources to be deployed in advance of the storm to hopefully minimize any impact.
