I wanted to do plastic surgery but I"m scared that I might get bullied even doing that, should I go for it still?

Just on my face, not my whole body or anything. Because all my life I been called Ugly, by assholes, I just wanted a change for myself, not for anyone. Sigh.

You're an adult and you can make your own decisions. Even if other people give you trouble for it, it's none of their business. If you're doing it to be more comfortable with yourself, you shouldn't care what they think. Don't do it unless you know that it's what YOU want, though. Not because other people teased you about how you look.
