Does gravity have an affect on Fire?

Yes, since less dense gases will rise and more dense gases will fall, causing the usual shape of a flame. Yet in free fall (in orbit) flames are spherical.

I suppose it could if it pushed away the fuel and oxygen. But the compression may heat it and concentrate it and its fuel and oxygen.
