It affects you enough to want it to stop. You stated what you’re doing wrong “I feel like I just let it happen”. Fix that.

@Stark but I also don't know how to show I'm angry with something without going overboard. I don't want to turn into a generally unpleasant person. Or maybe I'm the one assuming the way I choose to show my displeasure is too much?
@rickfreeman15 why does anger have to be inolved? Anger comes out when you’ve had enough and that’s not necessarily fair to you or the person who’s involved, because instead of letting it build up you could just tell them then that you don’t like or appreciate whatever it is they’re doing and if they’re true friends and truly care they’ll take it into consideration and remember that.
